To help get a sense of what instagram feed we want to achieve I am using an app to plan the posts before I post them. Doing this allows me to create a clear design through out the posts. It also means I am able to change the order of images easily seeing what works best next to each other and what doesn't. This app is very much useful in that sense as it helps everyone in the group get an idea of what kind of style I want to achieve in the instagram. So far I have created around ten posts for the instagram but have not posted them officially. Some of the images are definitely stronger then others which has made me realise I need to do a few more proper shoots to get professionl images as right now it only looks like phone shots. I also need to take some musical shots as all the bands I have re searched have multiple shots of them in a band room practising or simply just posing with instruments. This is easily done and will be very much effective.
This so far is what the instagram looks like, it has elements of the psychedelic theme I am going for, through some of the bold colours used. It also has a couple of posey shots which is meant to look somewhat professional.
